The Rules of Conduct for Our Employees
  The basic rules for all our actions are: loving our company, obeying laws and disciplines, and observing the corporate’s rules and regulations, and acting upon our corporate core values and guiding principles. The following five rules of conduct are supplementary to our core values and guiding principles. By applying these rules in our daily conducts, we can develop good work habits, which can not only boost our company to develop more healthily, but also facilitate our personal development and value realization. Every employee must treat and observe them strictly.
 
Focusing on work during working hours.
  Refrain from being late for work, leaving work early, and being absent from work.
  Preferably arrive at the posts in advance, make preparation for work, and enter into the state of work as soon as possible.
  Maintain a good mental state during working hours, and refrain from chatting with colleagues or doing things unrelated to work.
  Be conscientious to whatever job to be performed, and refrain from muddling through work.
  Ensure work quality and prevent any defect from occurring at work.
 
Fulfilling tasks as soon as possible.
  Carry out a job immediately once decided.
  Give priority to the most important and valuable tasks.
  Concentrate on the most important tasks, avoiding involvement of any unnecessary or over-elaborate formalities.
  Seek for efficiency by minimizing the time for assigned tasks, and reducing unnecessary steps.  
  Complete today’s work by today, and refrain from putting it off until tomorrow.
 
Communicating actively.
  Make sure to “Confirm the Contents” of the job before doing it no matter receiving instructions from superior or taking over jobs from colleagues,  identify among things which to be done directly by yourself,  to be done after asking superior for instruction, or to be reported to superior for decision.
  Maintain regular coordination with relevant departments in order to avoid repeated work due to information delay during the process of work.
  Report to superior in timeupon completion of each step of work. In case of any bad news, report in a more timely manner rather than concealing it.
  In case of any doubts on the scope, timing, budget or other major issues related to the work, refer them immediately to superior, in order to prevent any error or loss from occurring.
  In need of help from others, be initiative to request, and try the best to help others when requested. 
 
Self-examining regularly and correcting in time.
  Examine the work at regular intervals, and find out any shortage and correct it in time.
  Examine the present work: (1) Clear about the goal of the work? (2) Possible to reduce mistakes? (3) Possible to make it simpler? (4) Possible to cut down the cost? (5) Attentive to rectify work process regularly? (6) Be used to the previous practice rather than making improvements? 
  In discovery of any above mentioned, carefully consider how to solve it, work out an improvement plan and ask the superior and colleagues for advice.
  Make improvement on the work according to the defined plan, in order to remedy any shortage and reduce useless efforts in the work.
 
Standing inviolate from the following Five Bottom Lines.
  Do not encroach on or impair any corporate interest.
  Do not seek for any unfair or unreasonable gains by taking advantages of the positions and jobs.
  Do not form a gang or clique with others, or retaliate against others for any unreasonable privacy.
  Do not cheat the company in any form of falsification.
  Do not tolerate or cover up any behavior against laws and disciplines.
